Apply Now > Save Job Job Saved Military Flight Controls Division POSITION SUMMARY: Manages the direction and daily activities of the Divisions procurement of raw materials, parts, equipment and operating supplies required for production of the Divisions products. Responsible for embracing and driving lean enterprises systems throughout the procurement process. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of the relevant manufacturing, quality or operations support function that would typically be obtained through a Bachelor's degree in a manufacturing-related business or technical discipline, and eight or more years of progressive experience within the specialty area. Demonstrated ability to perform the described role and responsibilities and obtain the desired results. Certification or a professional designation in a specialty area may be required or preferred depending on position requirements. Four or more years of increasing responsibility for leadership within manufacturing operations requiring advanced project planning and team organizational skills. Demonstrated teamwork and team building skills in producing results and meeting organizational objectives. Capable of assessing and developing individual and team skills and capabilities. Able to create and maintain enthusiasm for new and challenging goals. Serve as a role model by promoting new ideas and positive change. Thorough understanding of production technology, and/or specialty support areas including broad knowledge of business and regulatory environments and trends. Please note that the salary range information is only applicable for California. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, candidate experience, qualifications, location as well as market and business considerations. Pay range: $117,554.00 - $205,782.00/Annually This position is subject to meeting U.S. export compliance and/or U.S. Government contracting citizenship eligibility requirements.
