Provide general telephone duties as well as to serve as the receptionist. Create a customer service friendly environment by answering the telephones, greeting and welcoming visitors to Divine Savior Holy Angels (DSHA) High School in accordance with prescribed procedures and practices. This is a summer-only, temporary position. Job Start-End Date: June 02, 2025 - August 1, 2025 Work Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday Pay Range: Approximately $15-$17/hr., based on experience Application Closing Date: This posting will remain active until the position is filled. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Qualifications: Education and/or Experience: Position requires a high school diploma or GED. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Effective oral and written communication skills are required. Ability to multi-task, understand and follow specific instructions and procedures is required daily. The ability to stay focused in an area with frequent interruptions is required. The ability to prioritize duties and to deal with diverse populations, internally and externally, is required. Must be able to maintain confidential information appropriately. Records maintenance skills and the ability to prepare and print routine correspondence and other basic written material. The ability to operate office machinery is required. PC experience and knowledge of MS Office software including excel is required. Must be able to track data and generate reports as requested. Protective Clothing Required: Occasionally gloves are required when administering to injured students. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; talk or hear; and use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. Occasionally, the incumbent will be required to stoop, bend, or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment: The work takes place in primarily an office/school environment. This position requires constant contact and communication with others, multitasking, repetitive motion, some bending and requires the daily use of computers, various monitors, and other office equipment.
