    Packaging Specialist - Multiple Openings

         Job Summary:
            
 Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director, this role will partner with and support the Account Managers within the region by acting as the subject matter expert on our packaging product portfolio, responsible for growing the overall revenue within the designated region. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
             
 Driving growth of the portfolio across assigned region in partnership with local Account ManagersUnderstanding key market dynamics and customer needs related to the portfolio and working closely with marketing and I&D teams to ensure appropriate market, product, innovation and solutions in the appropriate areasPresenting product and solution knowledge to distribution channels in partnership with Account Managers and Regional Sales DirectorsWorking closely with our Packaging Application Centers on custom projects and be prepared to discuss/prepare value analysis and key product specifications to help the sales team close or retain the businessAligning with Regional Sales Directors and the sales training team to uncover gaps in product/solution knowledge and develop strategies to mitigate those gaps in a timely fashion
 
The ideal candidate will have:
            
 
             
 Education, Experience, and Training:
 
               
 BA/BS Degree is required; MBA or MS a plus3+ years of experience in outside salesProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, CRM knowledgeableValid driver's license is required
