Role and Responsibilities:


The Order Filler will be responsible for filling orders of finished goods from stored merchandise in accordance with specifications on sales slips, customers' orders, or other instructions.



  • Work with a team that is primarily composed of individuals with disabilities.

  • Handle orders for finished goods

  • Review order slip and locate item(s)

  • Pickitem(s) from shelves

  • Packitemand ensure it will not break by includingbubble wrap, foam, and stuffing

  • Check inventory to ensure order can be fulfilled

  • Notify staff if inventory is low

  • Place shipping labels on boxes

  • Ensure customer information is correct

  • Keep track of inventory

  • Work with team to arrangeinventory and pull from shelves

  • Include receipt in order and mark price on merchandise

  • Requisition additional materials, supplies, and equipment

  • Perform any other duties as assigned


Qualifications:



  • No experience, no problem

  • Minimum of (1) One-year Store Clerk experience (Preferred)

Physical & Environmental Demands:



  • Standing for Long Periods

  • May lift, push, or pull (up to 50 lbs or more)

  • Walking/Moving around the warehouse and grocery store

  • Bending and Stooping

  • Repetitive Movements (e.g., picking, packing)

  • Exposure to Loud Noises

  • Cold or Hot Temperatures (depending on warehouse/grocery store conditions)

  • Handling Heavy Equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)

  • Tight Spaces (navigating aisles or storage areas)

  • Reasonable accommodations can be provided
