Responsibilities

The candidatewill spend time in the law department with broad exposure and experience working in Corporate Transactions, Environmental Litigation, Energy Trading, Wholesale/Retail/Corporate Compliance, Real Estate, Contracts and Procurement, Labor & Employment, Environmental Health and Safety and the general operations of the Vistra Legal and Compliance Department.

Up to 8 week internship project; starting mid-May through end of June.

Requirements:

The candidate must currently be enrolled and will have completed their first or second year at an accredited law school.
