Job Description

NetImpact Strategies has an opportunity for a full-time IT Analyst to join our talented Operations team. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and provide support to our IT department.

Responsibilities

    Create/update IT policies, processes and procedures that are compliant with ISO and CMMC standards.
  • Do internal audits to ensure the IT helpdesk team is following the established policies/processes.
  • Provide IT Helpdesk Tier I/II support:
    • Setup and configure new laptops
    • Setup Office 365 accounts for users.
    • Setup distribution lists and TEAM channels in Office 365.
    • Setup Office 365 SharePoint sites for domain users and external partner access.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with user access to Office 365 services and computer hardware/software issues.
    • Assign software licenses and help users with installing the software
    • Log help desk requests into the tracking system as reported by users.
    • Maintain IT Assets tracking system.


Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are required
  • Ability to problem-solve and use analytical abilities
  • Ability to program in a scripting language
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation skills in both oral and written form
  • Genuine desire to learn is essential
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently
  • US citizenship is required

Preferred

  • 1-3 years of direct experience
  • Knowledge of ISO/CMMC standards
  • Experience in Office 365 Administration
  • Familiarity with laptop hardware configuration
