Reporting into the Sr. Director of Product Transformation and Operations, the Product Manager of Product Analytics will be responsible for driving and maintaining a community of practice for product analytics across Availity's product organization. This role will be responsible for maintaining a robust and rich platform of product analytics including establishing proper governance, teaching teams how to capture and utilize analytics to drive value for their products and being the key subject matter expert in creating insights that drive key business and product decisions for their products.

To be qualified for this position you:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience within a Product analytics or Product management role focused on analytics / data-driven products
  • Experience in the healthcare technology field and specifically with a data-driven role
  • Experience in developing insights, analytics and dashboards from healthcare and product data to drive to successful outcomes
  • Worked in and are comfortable in operating and driving to outcomes through collaboration with a matrixed organization and coordinating across disciplines and teams
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions.
  • Technical skills and experience in data analysis, SQL, python or statistical languages.
  • Familiarity with product analytics software and platforms
  • Experience working in an Agile environment using tools such as Jira

  • Experience in establishing a community of practice and upskilling an organization in their data analytics and data literacy abilities
  • Familiarity with healthcare datasets and healthcare business intelligence ecosystem
  • Familiarity with maintaining and governing a product analytics platform

You will be:

  • Establishing a community of practice for our product analytics and helping to drive data upskilling and data literacy across the organization
  • Partnering closely with cross-functional BU teams to better extract and utilize data and analytics to drive positive outcomes across Availity's portfolio of products
  • Maintaining a rich product analytics platform to ensure teams can access and use product analytics data for their own intended outcomes
  • Maintain proper documentation and governance for our product analytics platform to ensure we internally democratize our product analytics data to its fullest extend
  • Evangelizing product analytics to internal stakeholders and enabling data utilization with appropriate training, support and subject matter expertise.
  • Working cross-functionally in a matrix driven environment.
  • Collaborating with Account management and Marketing to develop material to convey product capabilities and value in partnership with product teams
  • Supporting business case for expanding our suite of product analytics solutions
  • Partner with product and engineering teams as a key subject matter expert to utilize data and analytics to generate insights and drive key outcomes across Availity's product portfolio
  • Instituting a community of practice for our product analytics organization that includes helping train and upskill the product organization with data and analytics skills, data literacy and practical applications of data, analytics and insights
  • Developing and maintaining a data-rich and well-governed product analytics platform to enable the broader Availity organization to develop and extract insights from product utilization
  • Partnering with teams to understand additional tools and capabilities needed to expand their utilization of insights and work with internal product and engineering teams on developing and delivering those capabilities
