PRIMARY FUNCTION The Corporate Controller is accountable for the accounting operations of the company, to include the development of accurate and timely financial reports, maintains a system of accounting records, a comprehensive set of internal controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk and enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results that comply with generally accepted accounting principles. Support the achievement of corporate financial and growth goals by providing information and analysis pertaining to our profitability, processes and key financial measures. Serve as a trusted business partner, able to clearly present thoughtful financial conclusions to influence leaders to make sound business decisions. Lead and collaborate with Team Members to influence strategic initiatives and business opportunities through financial reporting and analytics. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning, directing and coordinating all accounting operational functions.
- Manage and develop corporate financial, cost, tax and property accounting.
- Coordinate, manage and prepare the consolidation of all financial data to accurately reflect business result that comply with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Develop accounting policies and internal controls.
- Manage and support budgeting process, working with all managers to prepare financial plans, sales forecasts, and expense budgets. Reviews budget proposals and prepares necessary supporting documentation and justification. Implement cost controls.
- Operations review and analysis against corporate objectives and industry benchmarks.
- Partner with cross functional teams to build efficient and effective processes.
- Hire, train and develop team to meet needs and strategy of business.
- Manage audit and tax reporting functions.

- DIRECT REPORTS: Director of Finance, Accounts Payable Manager, General Ledger Accountant.
Requirements MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 7 plus years working as a Controller and managing team
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, statistics, or related field or equivalent
- Proven success managing and performing financial and operational analysis
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support and service
- Ability to travel outside of the office, including occasional overnight travel
DESIRED JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Commercial interiors industry knowledge
- Hedberg or other industry specific applications
- CPA, CMA or MBA preferred
