We are currently seeking a Senior Subject Matter Expert in Arlington, VA who conducts analysis and provides advice and recommendations to senior Army leadership on Security Assistance and Foreign Military Sales based on National Security Policy. This position is contingent upon contract award. The Senior SME stays abreast of international affairs and US Government policies and relationships with other nations. The Senior SME provides extensive technical expertise to a large segment of major functional areas, including Foreign Military Sales, Security Assistance, Armaments Cooperation, and Security Cooperation. Required Education and Experience: Must have a 4 year degree and minimum of four (4) years experience in international affairs and/or national security policy. Must be knowledgeable of Foreign Military Sales process. Must have working knowledge of munitions licensing and the rules governing that function, and knowledgeable on disclosure agreements. Bachelor's degree may be waived if the candidate has had at least ten (10) years of applied security assistance experience while serving as a uniformed member of the US armed forces or a US government employee. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $84,707.20 to $127,060.80 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
