Revenue Intern

The Revenue Intern will be involved in monthly invoicing for various SEI business units as well as some revenue and billing related projects. The Revenue Intern will be working with various accounting and billing systems on a monthly basis. The Revenue team uses various fee billing and revenue systems to calculate the monthly revenue and create monthly and quarterly invoices for clients.

What you will do:

  • Work with the monthly and quarterly invoicing process

  • Cash applications as necessary

  • Follow up on aged receivables

  • Record monthly journal entries and provide revenue analysis

  • Reconciliations of related revenue and balance sheet accounts at month end

  • Work on various revenue related projects and process improvements

What we need from you:

  • In current pursuit of Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
  • Strong Ability to think and work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and follow-through with goals and objectives communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
