To meet the critical needs of our clients, RSM US LLP has established the Security & Privacy Risk Consulting practice, comprising over 300 professionals dedicated to cybersecurity. Our experienced consultants, are located globally in the US, Canada, India and El Salvador, assist clients in preventing, detecting, and responding to security threats that could impact their critical systems and data. We serve a diverse range of industries and are trusted for our expertise in Cyber Compliance, Cyber Strategy, Cyber Transformation, and Cyber Testing & Response. We are currently seeking a supervisor to join our Security, Privacy & Risk practice, focusing on operational resilience (enterprise risk, crisis management, business continuity, disaster recovery, cyber incident response) with the ability to contribute to cybersecurity frameworks and data protection projects across multiple industries. The Supervisor in Data Protection & Risk will oversee the delivery of various resilience and cybersecurity services while understanding the specific risks related to natural and manmade disasters and cyber events impacting our clients. This role involves helping organizations establish operational resilience programs with supporting documentation and effective data protection programs to safeguard sensitive data and assets. Ideal candidates should possess a range of skills, including performing and overseeing resilience program assessments in crisis management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and cyber incident response (e.g., FFIEC, FINRA, ISO 22301, DORA); cybersecurity governance assessments (e.g., PCI, ISO 27001, HIPAA, HITRUST CSF, FedRAMP, FISMA, CMMC, MARS-E, NIST SP 800-53, NIST CSF); and designing and implementing operational resilience programs. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range. Compensation Range: $92,100 - $185,400Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance. |
