Supervisor Location Nellis AFB, NV Job Posting No 111439 113060 Start Date ASAP Contract Nellis Aircraft Maintenance Salary Range DOE Posting Date 02/19/2025 Union No FLSA Status Exempt/Salaried Shift Work Possible FT/PT Full-time Relocation No Travel Possible M1 is looking for a Maintenance Operations Supervisor with the following knowledge and experience: Duties and Responsibilities * Responsible for the management and oversight of Maintenance Operations Analysis, Maintenance Operations Control Center (MOCC), and Plans, Scheduling, & Documentation sections. * Interfaces with and participates in the maintenance/operations planning cycle. * Reviews training records for qualifications and accuracy; takes corrective actions as needed. * Performs personnel actions such as hiring and administering disciplinary and counseling actions to employees. * Researches, interprets, analyzes, and applies appropriate guidelines. * Establishes policies and procedures for accomplishment of customer needs. * Must be familiar and comply with requirements in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). * Enforce strict adherence to Technical Data, Air Force Instructions, Management Procedures, and Company Policies. * Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with other base organizations, senior leadership, and related civilian organizations regarding services provided. Additional Requirements: Minimum Requirements * Minimum 15 years' experience in Maintenance Production Management. * Must speak, read, write, and understand English. * Must be willing to work any shift and/or flexible schedules as required to support the workload, mission, and customer requirements. * Must work with the customer and company employees in a courteous, professional, and effective manner. * Must have an in-depth working knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems and Air Force Instructions. * Must have working knowledge of required databases, applications and/or programs in order to input/extract data. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. * Strong administrative skills mandatory with experience in Quality and Computer Systems Support * Must be willing and able to conduct specialty on the job training (OJT) as required. * Must be able to obtain/maintain security clearance and access to all work locations. * Must be able to obtain/maintain all required USAF credentials in order to perform job functions. * Physical demands include sitting, climbing, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, kneeling, stretching and walking. The working environment varies to include office, hangar, and flightline facilities. * Current valid U.S. Driver's License.
