Construction Services Job Description
Summary Construction Services is an integral part of the Facility Operations department, performing small to mid-sized construction projects ranging from new construction to interior renovations, along with replacement of streets and sidewalks and employing a wide range of trades to support Mizzou's nearly 300 facilities. We are seeking an individual to join our team as the Project Manager for Construction Services. The primary focus of this position is to manage all in-house projects initiated through the Construction Services Department. This position will review requested projects, ensure proper quotations are provided to the client and follow the project from initiation to completion, ordering materials and equipment, hiring outside contractors and ensuring a successful outcome. This position will be a main point of contact for the client and will also be responsible for all projects within various departments at the University, as assigned. Key Responsibilities
This position will work closely with the Project Manager for Facility Operations, and our Planning Design and Construction department, collaborating on projects and assisting with duties, as requested. Shift
7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 6 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
