Regional Director - Outpatient Clinics for Psychiatric & Substance Abuse Services Atlanta Market Our four behavioral health hospitals in Atlanta (all affiliated with Universal Health Services) provide a broad continuum of outpatient mental health & substance abuse services for children, adolescents and adults. The outpatient clinics are located in various parts of the city throughout the greater Atlanta market. There is also one outpatient program located in nearby Athens, Georgia. Our entire staff is trained in treatment models of social learning and positive reinforcement that promotes positive behaviors. Outpatient programs teach life skills and coping mechanisms intended to enrich patients' lives. Outpatient treatment is provided by licensed clinical therapists, nurses, psychiatric technicians and financial counselors. Initial assessments are completely confidential and provided at no charge. All outpatient programs offer free breakfast, lunch and snacks for patients. About the role: The Regional Director - Outpatient Services provides the leadership and strategic planning for all outpatient facilities in the Atlanta Market, ensuring the delivery of clinical programs that meet the needs of the facilities, community and each facility's performance goals and objectives. The Regional Director will work closely with all the Clinical Program Directors of each outpatient facility. Responsibilities include the overall administrative processes of budgetary control and management systems for all services offered at all facilities. This position will also coordinate with the Regional Business Development Market Director to promote program growth and referral source customer service. This position contributes to the facility's strategic planning objectives, educational and quality improvement efforts while providing guidance to directors at each outpatient facility. This work location for this position will adopt a hybrid model; a combination of remote and onsite/on campus work will be required. Requirements:
