Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Strategy Lead with 10 to 14 years of experience in experience strategy and design and IT business support. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping our experience strategy and ensuring seamless IT business support. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of day shifts and does not require travel.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of experience strategy and design initiatives.

• Oversee the alignment of IT business support with organizational goals.

• Provide expert guidance on experience strategy to enhance user satisfaction.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive experience design.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective IT solutions.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of experience strategy initiatives.

• Ensure that IT business support processes are efficient and effective.

• Develop and maintain documentation for experience strategy and IT support processes.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities.

• Identify and address potential issues in experience strategy and IT support.

• Drive continuous improvement in experience strategy and IT business support.

• Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders regularly.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Possess a strong background in experience strategy and design with over 10 years of relevant experience.

• Demonstrate expertise in IT business support ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Have strong communication and presentation skills.

• Be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.

The annual salary for this position is between $113,000 - $190,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
