Director | Master Facility Planning

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Master Facility Planning to join our team and lead the development of innovative facility solutions that enhance patient care, optimize space utilization, and support our growth. Position Summary: The Director of Master Facility Planning will oversee the creation of Emplify Health's broader enterprise facilities strategies. This role involves coordinating professionals in Construction, Real Estate, Facility Design, and Facility Maintenance to develop a long-term master facilities strategy. The Director will facilitate the Regional Facilities Steering Committees and collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for 1, 3, and 5-year planning and coordination with the Enterprise Capital Budget. Essential Job Duties:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise facility strategy that aligns with Emplify Health's mission and vision. Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and prioritize facility needs across the organization. Regional Facilities Steering Committees: Facilitate the Regional Facilities Steering Committees, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders. Lead discussions on facility planning, development, and enhancement initiatives. Market Analysis and Planning: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in healthcare facility planning. Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning processes. Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets for facility planning initiatives, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability. Analyze financial data to assess the impact of facility strategies on overall organizational performance. Lead the planning and coordination of the Enterprise Capital Budget for 1, 3, and 5-year horizons. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including local businesses, governing agencies, and community organizations. Advocate for Emplify Health's facility needs and represent the organization in community and industry forums. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of facility strategies, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility planning and development required. Healthcare experience preferred. Proven track record of leading complex facility projects and strategic initiatives. Strong analytical, financial, and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.

However, candidates must be residents of Wisconsin (WI), Iowa (IA), or Minnesota (MN) at the time of hire. Candidates are required to live within a reasonable driving distance to La Crosse or Green Bay, WI. This is not a fully remote position and will require frequent on-site needs.
