Could you be the full-time onsite Industrial Manager for Facility Development in New Castle, DE, US we're looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive industrial management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates. You'll significantly contribute to the establishment and optimization of industrial processes, ensuring the successful execution of maintenance, renovation, and modernization projects within our facilities. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Health & Safety), manage tools and industrial data, and much more.

We'll look to you for:




  • Managing and improving industrial performance using lean tools and culture,



  • Applying industrialization processes and standards to secure production deliverables,



  • Providing requirements for new facility developments, including buildings, equipment, and accessibility,



  • Supporting real estate research and performing site visits for industrial locations,



  • Delivering requirements to building construction companies and equipment providers,



  • Ensuring the development of industrialization documentation and setting up of the footprint for maintenance/overhaul activities,



  • Documenting industrial deliverables and implementing Project Make or Buy strategy.

  • Degree in Engineering, Industrialization, Operations, Industrial, or Supply Chain Technical education,



  • Experience or understanding of Operations, Industrial or Supply Chain departments, preferably within the railway industry,



  • Knowledge of electronics, electrical, or mechanical devices,



  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP for Bill of Materials, Routings, Configuration follow-up,



  • Strong communication skills and the ability to train and share skills/information with others,



  • Proven ability in Methods Engineering, including the writing and improvement of manufacturing and/or maintenance work instructions.
