Job Description

The Role:

As a Regional Account Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our success in Illinois. You'll build and nurture strategic partnerships with clients, exceeding sales targets and contributing to the growth of the Allied CNI brand.

What You'll Bring:

  • Education & Experience:
    • College degree in Business, Finance, Criminal Justice, or Marketing preferred.
    • OR High School diploma/equivalent + 5+ years of outside sales or Workers' Comp/Auto/Liability/Property & Casualty Insurance experience.
    • 3+ years of experience in EITHER outside B2B sales OR as a P&C/Workers' Comp Adjuster, Agent/Broker, Claims Professional/Manager/Consultant.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
    • LinkedIn & professional networking savvy.
    • Self-starter with a detail-oriented approach.
    • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook 365).
    • Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and work independently.
    • Comfortable working remotely and traveling within the assigned territory.
  • Essential: Valid Driver's License
