Implementation Manager, Benefits

How you will make an impact:

• Must adhere to security policies
• Assist with implementing new Employers with Health Savings Accounts (HSA's), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA's) and/or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA's), and other plans on the WEX Health Cloud platform in accordance with agreed up on timelines and SLA's
• Work with internal WEX Health teams and resources as needed to facilitate setup of Employers plans
• Effective communication with key stakeholders via phone and email
• Provide education to employers on plan setups, processes for effective and scalable implementation, and ongoing knowledge related to the WEX Health Cloud platform.
• Test demographic, enrollment and other related files during implementation process to ensure effective uploads of employer data
• Provide online demonstration of portals available to employers as needed/requested
• Effectively communicate status of current implementations to both WEX Health and Partners teams

General Duties:

• All other duties as assigned
• Ensure privacy according to HIPAA

Experience you will bring:

• 1-2 years of service experience working with Partners, Employer or Consumers
• 1-2 years of experience working with WEX Health Cloud software experience-preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or Healthcare related field-preferred
• Computer proficiency required
• Ability to communicate effectively with written and verbal skills to Partners, Employers, and across WEX Health teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment
