Work Schedule:

Full-time, 100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Pay:

We are seeking a Patient Scheduling Lead to:



  • Act as a liaison with leadership in patient scheduling issues, training, education communication and problem solving.
  • Coordinate, assign and guide the work activities of other patient scheduling staff.
  • Monitor work schedules, maintain department scheduling guidelines and templates and train and mentor new staff.
  • Perform patient scheduling duties including working with patients in person and over the phone.


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or other related field Preferred

Work Experience

  • 1 year of experience in patient scheduling or equivalent experience working in a medical office environment Required
