Work Schedule: Full-time, 100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. Pay: UW Health offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. Work experience that is relevant to the position will be taken into consideration when determining the starting base pay. We are seeking a Patient Scheduling Lead to: Act as a liaison with leadership in patient scheduling issues, training, education communication and problem solving. Coordinate, assign and guide the work activities of other patient scheduling staff. Monitor work schedules, maintain department scheduling guidelines and templates and train and mentor new staff. Perform patient scheduling duties including working with patients in person and over the phone.
