Description Position at Hearth & Home Technologies, LLC Position Details Starting pay: $19.00+ per hour (based on skills & experience) Location: Lake City, MN Shift Details: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM OR 8:00 AM - 6:30PM (Core Hours) 4 x 10 Schedule (Monday - Thursday) Overtime as needed on Friday Full Time / Direct Hire HHT Benefits starting Day 1 Paid Time Off: 128 hours (prorated from start date) 8 Paid Holidays depending on start date Access to Earnings on a Daily Basis Health Care: full medical, dental, and vision 401k with company match Additional Benefits Quarterly Profit Sharing- Eligible after 1 year of service Paid Parental Leave- Eligible after 1 year of service $10,000 Adoption / Surrogacy Reimbursement- Eligible after 1 year of service Tuition Reimbursement- Eligible after 6 months of service Material Handler Duties Include Utilizing a variety of industrial material handling equipment: Forklifts Scanners / Computers Pallet jacks Loading / Unloading material from trucks and loading docks Delivering material in a timely manner Receiving incoming product and freight Vendor materials Returned goods Preparing customer orders and verify quantities Job Requirements Lifting up to 50 lbs.
