Summary:

In this role, you will lead and oversee all aspects of Identity and Access Management (IAM) within our organization, with a focus on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Directory Services, Cloud Identity, workforce and customer identity. You will develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the secure and efficient management of user identities and access across all systems and applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive IAM strategy, with a focus on IGA, Directory Services, and Cloud Identity.
  • Lead a team of IAM professionals, providing guidance and support in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices for user provisioning, access control, authentication, and authorization.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to IAM, with an emphasis on IGA, Directory Services, and Cloud Identity.
  • Identify, anticipate, and mitigate risks related to IAM, including data breaches, unauthorized access, and insider threats.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IAM technologies and tools.
  • Monitor and analyze access logs and identity-related data to identify potential security incidents or anomalies.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on IAM policies and procedures, with a focus on IGA, Directory Services, and Cloud Identity.
  • Stay current on latest trends and advancements in IAM technologies and practices.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred. Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
  • 10 or more years of experience in IAM in a leadership role required.
  • In-depth knowledge of IAM principles, practices, and technologies, specifically in the areas of IGA, Directory Services, and Cloud Identity required.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, such as General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and their impact on IAM required.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing IAM strategies and policies, especially relating to IGA, Directory Services, and Cloud Identity required.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse group of professionals required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to quickly identify and address complex IAM challenges required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization is required.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $156,500.00 to $290,100.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
