Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

Santa Clara, CA | Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 11 AM - 8 PM
Salary: $90,000 - $95,000 Annually + Bonus Eligibility

As a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor, you'll lead a team of skilled mechanics and technicians to ensure our fleet is safe, compliant, and operating at peak performance. You'll play a key role in training, scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining high standards of service and safety.

• Champion and enforce our corporate safety program.
• Supervise, train, and support mechanics and PM technicians.
• Schedule and assign daily maintenance tasks and repairs.
• Oversee fleet compliance with DOT and other regulatory standards.
• Manage inventory control, parts procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate external repairs and test vehicles for quality assurance.
• Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting for the maintenance department.
• Ensure department operations remain within budget and aligned with company goals.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in truck, light, or heavy equipment maintenance (waste industry experience a plus).
• Strong knowledge of air brake, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
• Solid understanding of DOT compliance and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to relocate within 12 months.
