Description Maine Behavioral Healthcare Summary: The Glickman LauderCenter of Excellence in Autism and Developmental Disordersis a full-service integrated treatment, research, and training center designed to meet the needs of Maine families, generate new treatment models, and advance autism science for the benefit of all. Under the general direction of a Practice Manager, the Administrative Team Specialist performs a combination of patient-facing, phone, and computer work. The position is responsible for patient check in and check out, scheduling, answering and transferring phone calls, and facilitating patient paperwork. The Administrative Team Specialist works as part of a team in a busy outpatient clinic to ensure the best possible patient experience. Responsibilities include:
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) 1. Education: Associate's Degree in Office Practices preferred. 2. License/Certification: N/A 3. Experience: Two years of experience in a healthcare, human services or business office required.
