Medical Staff Services Supervisor Office of Medical Affairs & Governances Full Time 84001BR Job Summary Responsible for supervision of operations for the medical staff offices of UCSF Health Saint Francis and St. Mary's Hospitals. Implements credentialing and privileging function, processes, and monitors assigned staff compliance. Assists the Director in recruiting, selecting, and developing new/existing talent to support credentialing, privileging, and governance in a high-volume, fast-paced community hospital environment. Manages the team in appropriate application processing of new and existing providers, and ongoing competency review processes for providers who render patient care at UCSF Health Saint Francis and St. Mary's Hospitals and clinics. Manages monthly approval process and appropriate follow-up of recommendations & approvals through regularly held committee review bodies. Applies functional knowledge and development of medical staff credentialing and privileging standards/policies and operations to advise and collaborate with UCSF Health Saint Francis and St. Mary's leadership in accomplishing strategic initiatives. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. The annual salary range for this position is $78,900-$167,300.
