Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Power BI/SQL Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Power BI, SQL, and data visualization to transform raw data into meaningful insights. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in database management, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize business data effectively.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Develop ETL processes to collect, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting needs and provide data-driven insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all reports and databases.
  • Optimize database performance, indexing, and query execution.
  • Maintain and enhance existing reports and troubleshoot issues.
  • Document technical solutions, data models, and workflows.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in BI, data analytics, and database technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Power BI Developer, SQL Developer, or Data Analyst.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query (M Language).
  • Proficiency in SQL Server, T-SQL, and database design.
  • Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is a plus.
  • Knowledge of other BI tools (Tableau, QlikView) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
