Job Description:

The Senior Brand Marketing Manager (Pharma) will be responsible for leading the annual brand planning process, driving cross-functional collaboration, and generating actionable insights that empower the Brand Marketing, Sales, and Market Access teams to achieve their objectives. This role will also analyze the market and the competitive landscape, making recommendations for patient campaign adjustments, and collaborating on exhibitions and conferences relevant to align with organizational goals. This role will also cultivate and manage strategic relationships with key vendors and external partners to enhance brand initiatives and drive innovation.

The Senior Brand Marketing Manager (Pharma) will also analyze the performance of patient campaigns and make strategic recommendations for adjustments to maximize reach and impact. This role will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with market needs and organizational objectives. The role will also drive continuous improvement efforts across marketing operations by identifying best practices, streamlining processes, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability within the team. Finally, this position will ensure that Marketing initiatives are data-driven and focused on delivering value to healthcare professionals and patients for the Professional Health brands at Nestle Health Science USA.

This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate's geographic location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Operations

* Own facilitation of the annual Brand Planning process.
* Identify and implement continuous improvement of Brand Planning process.
* Ensures execution of printing and vendor management of marketing promotional resources for field sales execution.
* Leads the sample supply and allocation out to field sales.
* Write external communications & press releases in collaboration with Corporate Communications team.
* Write monthly bulletins to the Sales Force including instructions for execution by field.
* Own marketing's roles in the PRC (Product Review Compliance) board functioning as editor and owner of the marketing PRC process.
* Directs the use of internal Nestle Health Science USA's global resources, such as contracting, graphics, email generation, and digital assets, designed to maximize efficient use of budget.
* Maintains brand budgets to ensure proper accounting and utilization of budget.

Marketing Insights

* Lead the quarterly and as needed market research for all brands.
* Analyze the market and competitive landscape.
* Insight generation for Brand Marketing, Sales, Market Access' utilization for execution plan development.
* Insight generation for use in annual Brand Planning process.
* Make recommendations for adjustments in patient campaigns for Brand Mktg to consider using analysis from vendors (i.e., Real Chemistry).
* Own vendor relationships and collaboration (i.e., Real Chemistry) to identify trends, opportunities and gaps.
* Make recommendations for adjustments in patient campaigns for Brand Mktg to consider.
* Analyze all Exhibitions/Conferences relevant to product portfolio, in collaboration with Events lead, to generate prioritized recommended list for Brand Marketing investment working closely with the field based medical education leader on the brand team.
* Develops functional requirements for product enhancements and new products to ensure that requirements identify the market need/problem, and leads cross functional team to develop the solution that best meets the market need/problem based on market research.
* Provides direction and collaborates across the organization as appropriate for the development of marketing programs and marketing literature that compliment product and channel needs.
* Works with supply chain to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Manage the identification, evaluation, receipt and compliance of external data for the marketing database.

People Leadership & Development

* Responsible for managing, coaching and guiding direct report to support the direct report's performance and development goals.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administrations, Communication or in a related field required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
* 7+ years of experience working within Brand Marketing, with at least 3+ years of experience working in Pharmaceutical or Bio Pharma Marketing required.
* 2-3+ years of experience working with market research and data analytics required.
* 4-5+ years of People Leadership experience in managing, coaching and developing direct report(s) required.
* Demonstrated fluency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) required.
* Must have a proven track record of facilitating the annual Brand Planning process and developing/generating actionable market insights for Brand Marketing, Sales, and Market Access.
* Must have an in-depth understanding of Marketing promotional resources, including printing and vendor management for field sales execution.
* Must have familiarity with the PRC (Product Review Compliance) process and the ability to function as editor and owner of the marketing PRC process
* Experience in maintaining brand budgets to ensure proper accounting and utilization of the budget required.
* Must have excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, organization and stakeholder management skills (including the ability to develop and maintain strong, cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
* Must possess strong time management and analytical skills (research assessment, business performance data and financial assessments).
* Experience with P&L management a plus.
* Willing and able to travel up to 20% based on the needs of the team and the business required.

The approximate pay range for this position is $145,000 to $175,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as geographic location.
