The Big Picture - Top Skills Should You Possess: Bilingual or Multilingual (Portuguese and/or Spanish + English) Minimum - associate's degree or equivalent. Five (5) plus years of practical experience in customer service and retention. Proficiency in using Salesforce for documenting and managing customer interactions Hybrid Schedule: 3 days a week onsite; 2 days remote Pay Range: $25 - $26/hr What You'll Be Doing: Proactively engaging with customers to understand and address their needs, identifying blockers to renewal, and implementing strategies to improve customer loyalty. Make outbound messages or calls to understand and address reasons for potential discontinuation of services. What You Need to Bring to the Table: Minimum - associate's degree or equivalent. Five (5) plus years of practical experience in customer service and retention. Proficiency in using Salesforce for documenting and managing customer interactions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to analyze data to drive retention efforts. Bonus Points!
