Probo Medical is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be based out of our Fishers, Indiana facility to respond to requests from top customers. Probo is an established but growing player in the medical device field. We are looking to hire motivated, experienced individuals who can grow with us and help drive us to the next level. For this position, we need someone able to manage requests from high volume accounts. Probo Medical will provide customers and pre-arranged pricing agreements. Your role is to respond to our established customer base's requests and fulfill transactions. Requirements
Customer Service Representative Job Duties:* Manage over 150 daily inbound e-mail and phone requests already established customers* Respond to all product requests within 5 minutes * Know each customer's specific needs* Maintain strong relationships with customers through trust building, promptness, and attention to detail* Meticulously maintain all communication, pricing, and activity in a Salesforce.com CRM* Work with business development to identify ways to grow the accounts* Assist in company marketing functions as needed* Identify changes in the market and customer buying behaviors* Query inventory in Salesforce.com* Coordinate with operations and sales on a daily basisSkills/Qualifications:* Meticulous attention to detail; perfectionist* Over-the-top responsiveness * Willing to ask questions and learn* Must be very comfortable on the phone* Good oral/written communication skills* Must be able to work under pressure with a strong sense of urgency* Ability to multitask and manage a high workload
