Who We Are Looking For:

Director level; reporting to the Chief Analyst, under the direction of the Innovation and Strategy Director. Partnering closely with our Product Development, Business Development, Operations, and leadership teams to ensure we are using data to advance and deepen the capabilities of the Dynamic Risk Library (DRL) and related products.

What You Will Work On:



  1. Design and maintain a data collection plan, including evaluation methodology, routine gap analyses for existing products, and scoping for new product development.
  2. Design and conduct data source reviews to ensure accurate, consistent, and relevant data which can be efficiently ingested and appropriately utilized in client facing products.
  3. In support of the Chief of Operations, conduct due diligence on third party data providers to discern capability and to maintain consistent and reliable service delivery.
  4. In support of the Director for Analytics and Tradecraft, review qualitative sources to determine their contextual value, analytical rigor, and potential bias.
  5. In coordination with the technical and AI development teams, support the technical design and scoping of data ingestion as well as the maintenance of data classification applications.
  6. Maintain understanding and document impacts of particular data streams on specific analytic prompts, identify gaps and ways to fill them.
  7. Along with tech and AI teams, design and implement a recurring quality assurance program and a program to use client use to train our AI.
  8. Mentor and inspire project teams, fostering a culture of problem-solving, innovation, and excellence.
  9. Contribute to live product demos and proof of concepts for our solutions, tailoring each demo to the specific needs and concerns of the potential customer.



What You Will Bring:



  1. Bachelor's degree in business/economics, International Relations, Political Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  2. Over 8 years combined experience in intelligence analysis, with a substantial background in strategic project management, and revenue operations.
  3. Proficiency in generative AI technology and its application in intelligence and risk assessment. Extensive experience using project management software (preferably monday.com).
  4. Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and manage complex, strategic initiatives in a collaborative environment, with a strong sense of initiative.
  5. A solid grasp of global geopolitical issues, economic trends, and strategic risk management.
  6. Strong analytical skills coupled with creative problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.
  7. Proven track record of mentorship and leadership, promoting team cohesion and driving projects to completion.
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.



Travel Required: We are a fully remote team, and this job may require up to 25% of travel to be successful.
