Warehouse Coordinator

Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator (Data Processing Clerk)

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 2nd shift afternoons and evenings

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide inbound and outbound customer service phone coverage.
• Conducting research to resolve customer issues.
• Monitoring daily "Out of Stock" report and address accordingly.
• Invoicing orders and prepare pouches for drivers prior to truck departure.
• Respond to emails
• Other duties may be assigned.

Minimum Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year call center experience
• Customer service experience preferred
• Foodservice experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Microsfot Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word). Type at least 45 WPM
• Knowledge of AS-400 preferred, but no required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
