Job Summary

The Business Process Transformation Owner role has a strong focus on leveraging technology, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), predictive analytics, and data analytics to enhance organizational efficiency and decision-making. This position will be responsible for the optimizination of the process, identifying opportunities for automation, and implementing cutting-edge technologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role will be in charge of translate the data insights and predictive models into actionable business strategies, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.

Work Location: Columbus, GA or Scottsdale, AZ

Duties and Responsibilities

o Develops and implements continuous improvement strategies that utilize technology, AI, ML, predictive analytics, and data to enhance operational processes across the organization.

o Identifies areas of opportunity within existing processes and systems, recommending and executing improvements that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and increase predictive accuracy.

o Evaluates, recommend, and implement new technologies, AI solutions, machine learning models, and predictive analytics tools that can automate and optimize business processes.

o Collaborates with IT, data science, and analytics teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and models into existing systems.

o Leverages data analytics, machine learning, and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in business processes.

o Develops and maintain dashboards, reports, and predictive models that provide key insights to stakeholders, enabling informed and forward-looking decision-making.

o Leads cross-functional teams on continuous improvement projects, ensuring that initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and deliver measurable benefits.

o Utilizes project management methodologies to track progress, manage risks, and ensure successful implementation of improvements

o Trains and mentor team members on the use of new technologies, AI/ML tools, predictive analytics, and data-driven approaches to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

o Develops training materials and resources to support the adoption of new processes, technologies, and predictive models.

o Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of continuous improvement initiatives and predictive models.

o Monitors and report on the impact of technology-driven and predictive improvements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualification Requirements

Minimum Education:Requires a level of knowledge normally gained through completion of an undergraduate degree

Minimum Experience:10 years experience.

* Experience with cloud-based analytics and ML platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

* Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and predictive analytics libraries.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

* Proven experience in a continuous improvement role, with a strong focus on technology, AI, ML, predictive analytics, and data analytics.

* Demonstrated experience in leading projects that involve process automation, AI/ML implementation, predictive modeling, and data-driven decision-making.

* Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), AI/ML platforms, predictive analytics tools, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and translate data and predictive insights into actionable business strategies.

* Strong project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.

* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

* Experience with change management and training related to new technology and predictive model adoption.
