Job Summary:

As a Purchasing Analyst, you will play a vital role in optimizing Cytek Biosciences' supply chain operations by collecting, analyzing, and reporting critical purchasing, planning, logistics, and inventory data. Your insights and data-driven solutions will enhance efficiency, support strategic decision-making, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

To succeed in this role, you must be able to perform the following responsibilities effectively:

  • Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Extract and analyze purchasing, planning, logistics, and master data from ERP and Product Life Cycle systems.
  • Develop efficient data management processes and maintain SharePoint files for reporting.
  • Create and manage Power BI dashboards for real-time purchasing and inventory monitoring, as well as executive reporting.
  • Lead standard cost updates in collaboration with purchasing and finance teams.
  • Assess global supply chain status in partnership with planning and warehouse teams.
  • Work closely with IT to enhance ERP functionalities and automate workflows.
  • Update and report monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain efficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis and/or project management in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Additional Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong analytical mindset and business acumen.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite) and Product Life Cycle systems (Propel, Agile).
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with programming and data analytics (Python, VBA, SQL) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive team player.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds when necessary.
