Description
Is an internship passionate about changing the world's energy future intriguing? If so, we might have just the opportunity you're looking for! Reporting to the Special Reactor Concepts group, you will create and analyze FEA models of graphite tensile strength specimens and potentially other graphite components using the INL's MOOSE code. Additional projects may include thermal/mechanical analysis with Abaqus. The ideal candidate for this role would have the following experience:
