Opportunity Overview:

Our Global Instrumentation & Control (I&C) business is seeking a Production Scheduler for our production facility located in Warrendale, Pennsylvania. Global I&C produces complex, electro-mechanical instrumentation systems used in commercial nuclear industry for customers worldwide.

What your day-to-day looks like:




  • Develop and maintain detailed GICP project schedules, ensuring all activities are planned and tracked effectively in Primavera (P6) database.
  • Perform weekly schedule updates, variance reports, and schedule integrity checks.
  • Prepare and present regular project schedule status reports, highlighting any deviations from the plan and recommending corrective actions.
  • Implement and oversee project control processes and tools to ensure consistency and accuracy in data collection and reporting.
  • Process subsequent changes following an integrated change control process.
  • Maintain and produce weekly schedule reports regarding project metrics and resource loading and communicate to the team /project stakeholders.
  • Work with Schedulers / Project Controllers / PMs to develop sandbox "what if" scenarios and analyze for milestone and labor hour impacts and communicate to team.
  • Maintain project documentation including P6 baselines and historical records.
  • Collaborate with GICP and project teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Acumen experience required.
  • This role supports multiple functions, requiring excellent communication and building of interpersonal relationships throughout all levels and functions within the organization.
  • Cleary communicate required information in a timely manner. Coordinate required tasks/deadlines. Escalate issues, early warnings or potential opportunities to the appropriate levels of management with a sense of urgency.
  • Coach and mentor other GICP schedulers on scheduling and project control processes.



What we'd like to see from you:




  • 10+ years of project controls experience with increased levels of complexity.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Expert knowledge and skill in project schedule and associated tools (e.g., Primavera P6, SAP, Acumen)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and solve high-level problems. Proven ability to analyze information and engage in complex decision making.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and SharePoint
  • Experience in working with large data sets
  • Able to communicate clearly with members from cross-functional teams
