You Are:

You are a dynamic and strategic thinker with a passion for enhancing the employee experience within a tech-focused environment. You bring a wealth of experience in Human Resources, Change Management, and Project Management. Capable of driving successful program adoption, you possess strong communication and leadership skills, allowing you to collaborate effortlessly with cross-functional teams. Your strong analytical skills enable you to make data-driven decisions that enhance the employee experience. You are passionate about championing change within an organization and continuously strive to improve processes and strategies.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Partnering with people business partners and COE teams to support the rollout of people programs.
  • Collaborating closely with the Chief People Officer and her staff to identify areas of opportunity for process improvement, strategy development, and overall effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Building relationships and enabling close partnership across PPL and other functions.
  • Leading or participating in cross-functional corporate projects and initiatives, coordinating efforts among different teams, and ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Designing, organizing, and facilitating offsite meetings and team meeting agendas.
  • Driving collaborative communication and relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Developing executive presentations, including PowerPoint presentations, articles, and other communications vehicles.

What You'll Need:

  • Background in Human Resources, Change Management, and Program Management.
  • Experience working in a tech-focused environment, understanding the unique needs of technology professionals.
  • Expertise in using PowerPoint, Excel and project management tools like Asana.
  • Extensive knowledge of HR and the employee lifecycle, with a specialized focus on people experience and change management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

The Team You'll Be A Part Of:

You will report into the VP, People Strategy and Operations and be part of a dynamic team focused on enhancing the employee experience and driving operational effectiveness. This role will collaborate closely with the Chief People Officer and other senior leaders to support program rollouts and implement effective solutions.

The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter can share more specific details on the total rewards package upon request. The base salary range for this role is across the U.S.
