About the Team

We are a team of collaborative designers working in digital and print to bring the Rejuvenation brand to life across all marketing channels.

About the Role

As a Junior Digital Designer, you will contribute to digital design projects that support merchandising strategy, marketing campaigns, and UX/UI initiatives. You'll work closely with a team of designers and cross-functional partners to produce compelling eCommerce experiences and site marketing materials to optimize our digital presence.

Responsibilities



  • Design & Production: Create successful designs for digital placements, including marketing materials, website assets, and promotional content. Iterate design work based on feedback and business needs. Refine images, fonts, and layouts to ensure high-quality output. QA/QC design work in situation.
  • Digital Projects: Develop and maintain site assets and optimize the eCommerce experience. Ensure consistency with brand standards and improve the user experience across devices.
  • Collaboration: Partner with senior designers, marketing teams, and cross-functional departments to align creative strategies and campaign concepts. Support the team with any special requests and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Innovation & Learning: Stay current with industry trends, software advancements, and new technologies. Contribute to the team's growth by sharing ideas and improving processes.



Criteria



  • Experience: 1-3 years of design experience in digital environments. Preference for eCommerce experience.
  • Skills: Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), and HTML is required. Experience with Airtable or similar project management software is a plus. Illustration, motion design, and video editing skills are preferred. Familiar with web design principles including usability, responsive design, and cross-browser functionality. Proficiency in MS Office is required.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred, relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Attributes: Strong typography skills, excellent time management, and organizational abilities. Motivated self-starter with collaborative and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle changing priorities and make timely decisions.
  • This role requires being onsite in the Portland office Monday through Thursday.
