About the Team The Rejuvenation in-house Photography Studio team is responsible for delivering photography assets to web, catalog and marketing teams. Our job is to ensure that every product is photographed to the highest standards, in a consistent style, and all assets are delivered on time. About the Role Join our dynamic creative team as the Manager of Photo Production, where you'll be the driving force behind our lifestyle photo team and photo studio operations. You won't just coordinate photoshoot logistics; you'll be the bridge between teams, departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless execution. * Be part of a highly collaborative team and own management of the details of production from merchandise, props, photography equipment, location logistics, efficient shot lists, and creative goals. Responsibilities * You are a clear communicator with excellent time management, people, and leadership skills. * You are a confident delegator, understand how a photo team works and what role everyone plays in bringing inspiring assets to life. * You will oversee shoot management, setting the production schedule (ROS) and ensure timelines are met throughout the process. * You will serve as the main point of contact, you will coordinate communication across both internal and external teams, ensuring smooth alignment from concept through to final delivery. * Work closely with Senior Manager of Photo Studio Operations and photo team to forecast, maintain and reconcile the creative budget. * Have experience finding, onboarding and maintaining vendor/supplier relationships. * Manage photo shoot documentation (contracts, insurance, releases) and coordinate location logistics, including crew, property, and travel arrangements. Ensure property care and adherence to rules through pre- and post-shoot walkthroughs. * Manage Merch Coordinator team to ensure that merchandise for shoot is properly made available and accounted for (picked, packed, and transported safely, assembled as needed and ensure digital tech is keywording photography assets properly) * Conduct regular hindsights of production and warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement, while implementing procedures that support and enhance the end-to-end photo production process, ensuring optimized workflow practices. * Manage yearly photo schedules in conjunction with creative teams and attend production meetings to communicate schedule changes required due to late product, location issues, or set build schedule. * Manages merchandise & warehouse coordinators and photo sample coordinators (FT and IC's) hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, timekeeping, etc. * Oversee and manage the photo studio warehouse team to maintain a seamless photo sample inventory and tracking system that is continually audited and optimized.
