Add to favorites Favorited View favorites Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $53,500 - Midpoint: $66,900 (Salaried E8) Department/Organization: 209201 - OTIDE IT Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:45pm Job Summary: The Systems Analyst I plans and configures low-complexity software systems to support the administrative function of the University under close supervision. This may include departmental and moderately critical applications. Assists in the development of processes. Creates workflows. Installs, configures, supports, and maintains integrations for vendor-supplied software systems. Works on a team and collaborates with specific departments, colleges, and customers around campus. Supports their needs, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and responding to their questions and concerns in a timely manner. Additional Department Summary: Manages and optimizes the OTIDE Employee Center, a critical resource that supports complex internal processes and provides comprehensive user education and user support for various software and systems. Significantly contributes to the department's goals of efficiency, collaboration, and innovation by leading high-impact IT projects, developing strategic reports and data visualizations, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of OTIDE's data systems. Directly impacts the success of OTIDE's programs and services, ultimately enhancing the educational experience for all members of the university community. Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree; OR Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of IT experience; OR associate's degree and three (3) years of IT experience; OR High school diploma or GED and five (5) years of IT experience. Must have one (1) year of experience in the management of software applications, relational database management systems, web development, system administration, or network administration. Skills and Knowledge: Effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with users of varying degrees of technical ability and understanding. Time management skills. Work on multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with managing IT deployment projects.
