As anOperations Coordinatorwith Sentara, you will provide support to the Director/Manager in a clinical setting. This position's primary duties include office activities, supply ordering, and business financial activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, manage supplies/materials, understand and perform accurate and timely data collection, and demonstrate effective use and maintenance of office equipment. Job Summary Provides administrative assistance to Director(s)/Manager(s) in support of the operations of the department(s)assigned.Assists Director/Manager(s) with clerical tasks, including correspondence, recording of meeting minutes, meeting arrangements, and department records. Prepares and assists with processing accounting, payroll, purchasing, procurement, inventory, financial acumen, work order management and operations management information.
