S4 Sr. Technical/Development Lead

As an Sr. ABAP Application programmer Lead, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to develop and implement solutions, ensuring they align with business needs and requirements. You will also engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, providing problem-solving solutions for your immediate team and across multiple teams. With your expertise in SAP S/4HANA , you will play a crucial role in developing and configuring applications to optimize business processes and enhance efficiency.

• Optimize business processes through the development of applications.
• Ensure the applications meet the required standards and specifications
• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Develop and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement solutions that align with business needs.
• Optimize business processes through the development of applications.
• Ensure the applications meet the required standards and specifications.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.

• Minimum 12 years of SAP development experience
• Minimum 4years into S/4 Hana
• One End to end implementation of S/4 Hana
• Must Have Skills - Proficiency and Hands on experience in:
• • ABAP S/4 - ABAP on Cloud
  • RAP ( Restful ABAP programming)
  • Flexible workflow framework (S/4)
  • Clean core Extensibility - Key user extensibility, Developer extensibility, side by side extensibility.
  • FIORI development - Template/ UI freestyle(UI5).
  • SAP BTP service - Build/API etc
  • Integration to sap/non sap via SAP BTP
  • Strong Understanding of :
    • Overall SAP architecture
    • SAP BTP Services
  • Functionally/technically well versed with different types of BOM (sales Bom, EBOM, MBOM etc.) and their overall role in different areas variant configuration, Bom explosion etc.
  • Good understanding of Web technologies architecturally, and related security setup concepts including authentication, single sign-on
  • Integrations between SAP and other applications

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
