About the Role
MWH is seeking a diligent CCIP Administrator to join our team in Austin, TX. The CCIP Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of Contractor Controlled Insurance Programs (CCIP) to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
As a member of the legal team, the CCIP Administrator plays a critical role in mitigating risk, managing claims, and supporting contract compliance.
Essential Functions
- Oversee the administration and implementation of the CCIP across all applicable projects.
- Ensure contractor and subcontractor compliance with CCIP requirements, including enrollment and coverage verification.
- Manage CCIP documents, including insurance certificates, endorsements, and coverage summaries.
- Facilitate contractor and subcontractor enrollment in the CCIP program, ensuring all required forms and documentation are complete.
- Conduct audits to verify compliance with CCIP requirements and resolve discrepancies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors regarding CCIP inquiries and guidance.
- Track, monitor, and assist in managing claims related to CCIP-covered projects.
- Work closely with legal counsel and the risk manager to address claims and ensure proper resolution.
- Prepare reports and updates on claims activity, trends, and program performance for leadership.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure CCIP compliance aligns with project contracts and insurance requirements.
- Liaise with insurance carriers and brokers to address coverage questions and resolve issues.
- Support Legal & Risk, Director and legal counsel with risk analysis and recommendations for contact provisions related to CCIP.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for CCIP participants and coverage.
- Generate reports on CCIP participation, claims, and performance for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates to the legal and project teams on CCIP status and compliance.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Construction Management, or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of experience, skills, and training.
- Minimum of years' experience in construction administration, risk management, or related roles.
- Experience with CCIP, OCIP, or similar insurance programs.
- Strong understanding of construction insurance, liability policies, and claims processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Suite and relevant project management software.
