Senior Product Analyst - Drive Innovation, Optimize Systems & Deliver Smart Solutions!

What You'll Do
- Lead System Enhancements & Implementations - Drive high-impact projects that optimize business applications, processes, and integrations.
- Deliver Actionable Insights - Design and deploy custom reporting and automation solutions using Business Objects, Crystal Reports, and other BI tools.
- Solve Complex Issues - Provide day-to-day application support, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver strategic solutions.
- Optimize Business Workflows - Map, document, and enhance end-to-end business processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate & Innovate - Work closely with business leaders, product managers, and IT teams to translate requirements into effective solutions.
- Leverage Data & Analytics - Utilize SQL scripting, data extractions, and process automation to improve system performance.
- Train & Support Teams - Develop and deliver user training, reference materials, and process documentation for seamless adoption.
- Ensure Smooth Integrations - Manage system updates, data migrations, and integration projects to streamline cross-functional operations.
What You'll Bring
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or Logistics, or equivalent experience.
- Experience:
- 5+ years working with business applications such as MAS500, SFDC, Vilden, TMW, Trinium, Newport, NS5, Business Objects, BI Tools.
- 3+ years developing ad-hoc reports using Business Objects, Crystal Reports, and FRx.
- 2+ years mapping business processes (Sales Cycle, Cost Cycle, Inventory Management, Fixed Assets, Cash Flow).
- Experience with Web Content Management Systems (SharePoint 2001/2010) preferred.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPivot, CSS, HTML, SharePoint.
- Strong understanding of database-driven applications and reporting tools.
- Experience with SQL scripting and data extraction automation.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills - Ability to analyze, document, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency.
- Communication & Collaboration - Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical teams, ensuring seamless execution.
- Project Management Mindset - Ability to define project scope, manage resources, and ensure on-time delivery of solutions.
