We are seeking a Program Specialist to support a Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Contract Program Manager responsible to an Army Project Office. To be successful, you must be a self-starter and able to work independently. In this role, you will work directly with the Program Manager, Functional Directorates and their staffs, and other customer organizations to advise, streamline and optimize program management execution. You will develop cost estimates and financial reports. You will monitor financial data to forecast, analyze, and recommend funding courses of action. You will prepare and maintain a system of management controls to ensure contract requirements are met. Required
