You Are:

You are a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of finance and investments, and you thrive on building and nurturing relationships within the financial community. With at least 10 years of experience in investor relations or related fields, you possess solid analytical skills and business judgment. Your outstanding reputation for credibility, strategic thinking, and your ability to produce thoughtful and accurate work products make you an ideal candidate for this role. You have a successful track record in managing both internal and external relationships and can effectively work across organizational boundaries. Your exceptional communication and presentation skills enable you to influence and articulate complex financial strategies clearly.

You are proactive, hands-on, and can work under pressure with a poised demeanor. A Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience is essential, with a preference for CFA and/or MBA qualifications. Experience in the security and/or software industry is highly desirable.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Cultivating and developing relationships within the investment and analyst communities.
  • Analyzing business and financial fundamentals of the company and its competitors/peers.
  • Conducting valuation comparisons across EDA and other relevant industries.
  • Partnering with the VP in preparing earnings scripts, Q&As, supplemental financial documents, and corporate presentations.
  • Reviewing SEC filings and participating in Disclosure Committee meetings.
  • Educating company representatives about disclosure parameters and cautions.
  • Developing and deploying proactive targeting strategies with the department.
  • Coordinating events, prep sessions, speaker coaching, and conference logistics/materials.
  • Collaborating with other areas of the CFO organization to drive corporate financial strategy and execution.
  • Some travel required.

  • Support the development and execution of high-impact investor relations programs.
  • Ensure accurate and compelling communication of the company's financial performance and strategic direction.
  • Contribute to the company's compliance with financial disclosure regulations.
  • Drive proactive engagement with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders.
What You'll Need:
  • Solid analytical skills and business judgment.
  • In-depth understanding of finance and investments.
  • At least 15 years of experience in investor relations or related roles.
  • Outstanding reputation for credibility and strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience; CFA and/or MBA preferred.
  • Experience in the security and/or software industry is a plus.

The Team You'll Be A Part Of:

You will be part of the Investor Relations team, reporting to the Vice President of Investor Relations. This team is focused on developing and executing a strategically focused investor relations program, working closely with executive, finance, product, strategy, legal, and marketing teams to create high-impact messages that resonate with the investment community.

The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
