SUMMARY
Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) Test Evaluation and Certification II Services (TEC II) contract provides technical solutions for the DOD in support of Test and Evaluation (T&E) services and T&E enabling services.
Conducts tests, evaluates, and verifies software to determine compliance with defined specifications and/or requirements. Records all findings and document results.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*
Applies common T&E practices that include identification of capability requirements, meeting stakeholder needs, development of testing and evaluation approaches, development of data collection strategies, authentication, and validation of data, and reporting clear and understandable results, and providing actionable recommendations to improve the operational effectiveness of system tested.

Reviews and analyzes schematics, and technical drawings, diagrams, and specifications. Must be able to review, analyze, and interpret stakeholders needs.

Develop various briefings such as the Test Concept Brief (TCB), Test and Evaluation Strategy Brief (TESB) and Operational Test Readiness Review (OTRR).
*
Develop and/or updates Test Plans and strategies to meet operational and interoperability test requirements.
*
Develops and/or updates the Analysis Structure (AS) which is comprised of the Data Source Matrix (DSM) and the Evaluation Framework (EF).
*
Develops and/or updates Critical Operational Issues (COIs), Measures of Effectiveness (MOE), and Measures of Performance (MOPs).
*
Supports quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements; conducts audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation.
*
Must be able to document, notify, brief, and discuss results. Records all initial findings and documents final test results in a government approved formatted formal report.

Attends various teleconferences, meetings and working groups.

Requires 4 years of specialized and/or military experience

WORKING CONDITIONS
Environmental Conditions

Work is generally sedentary in nature. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are not hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
Strength Demands
* Sedentary - 10 lbs. Maximum lifting, occasional lift/carry of small articles. Some occasional walking or standing may be required. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
