Administrative Assistant - Dental Hygiene Program
The Dental Hygiene Administrative Assistant is the individual responsible for assisting the clinical and program director in maintaining student records. In addition to joining an organization with an outstanding mission, Concorde is happy to provide the following Benefits You'll Love -

Responsibilities
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Streamline Administrative Excellence
- Manage department records, schedules, and calendars, ensuring smooth operations.
- Collect and report data to external agencies, contributing to our accreditations and quality standards.
- Organize and attend meetings, facilitating organization and accurate minutes.
- Assist in coordinating memorable events like the pinning ceremony.
- Prepare and disseminate important announcements to students and faculty, keeping everyone informed.
- Maintain a well-stocked inventory of supplies, ensuring seamless operations.
- Efficient Records Management
- Create and maintain a comprehensive filing system for student and faculty records, vital for clinical sites, clinical placements, accreditations and other departmental functions.
- Establish and manage secure information systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee databases for graduate licensure testing and completion dates.
- Assist in crafting and distributing student schedules for each term.
- Help gather and maintain essential documents for student files, including clinical records and certifications.
- Document all clinical site visits, maintaining a comprehensive record.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, accompanied by a minimum of one year of administrative assistance experience.
- DA or RDA experience preferred.
- Dental office experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and familiarity with digital techniques.
- Knowledge of records management, office administrative procedures, and standard office equipment operation.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
