Temp. Program Assistant: The Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County (HOC) was established in 1974 to better respond to the County's need for affordable housing. HOC is authorized to acquire, own, lease, and operate housing; to provide for the construction or renovation of housing; obtain financial assistance from any public or private source to assist its housing activities; and arrange for social services, resident services, and daycare. Job Description: This position will provide ongoing support for the Resident Services Division specific to the HOC Academy and Community Aide duties and responsibilities. Assists in maintaining the program calendar and email accounts, produce billing requests, and creating purchase orders. Data entry using Assessforce. Will create and oversee the RSD equipment inventory project. Will answer and direct phone calls as needed. Will attend departmental meetings, create and decimate agenda, take notes and disseminate correspondence on behalf of the Programs Supervisor. Will provide support to the Program Coordinators in planning special projects. Will maintain concise and complete records on programmatic activities of clients, and will submit reports on a regular basis. Minimum Qualifications Experience:
