Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in substance abuse, behavioral, and/or mental health treatment settings
• Master's degree in psychology, sociology, or a related field
• Availability: Monday - Friday | First Shift

Salary: $55,000 - $70,000

Licensed Therapist Responsibilities:

• Provide holistic and therapeutic counseling to clients.
• Offer resources and tools to help clients with substance abuse disorders reintegrate into society as productive individuals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client.
• Conduct regular assessments of residential and transitional living clients.
• Accurately document therapy sessions.
• Build strong rapport with clients and their families.
• Perform screenings, intakes, and assessments for new clients.
• Stay current with agency, state, and federal Codes of Ethics.
