The Analyst, Commercial Operations role is a highly visible position across the Commercial organization. The incumbent will be responsible CRM Administration, documenting current processes, driving process improvements. This person will be responsible for training the field sales organization on all applications and will maintain the customer universe, The position will report into the Director, Commercial Operations.

CRM Administrator



  • Work with internal stakeholders within the commercial & medical teams to develop enhancements & additional capabilities
  • Manage enhancements and collaborate with managed IT services to test, move to production, and distribute reports and analytics to the field
  • Analyze data and create dashboards & reports for insights into team operations & productivity
  • Training field based new hires and current sales representatives on CRM, Sales Reporting platform & other technology related platforms.
  • Update training materials to reflect new CRM vendor enhancements
  • Work with external data warehouse vendor to optimize internal capabilities and maintain and streamline the customer master file administration process.
  • Document current processes and identify areas of improvement, implement enhancements, and build efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with and gather feedback from key stakeholders to optimize the CRM environment.
  • Act as the key point of contact for all questions and incidents related to the CRM.


Other Responsibilities



  • Stay abreast of new releases from Software as a Service providers
  • Administer Vehicle Reimbursement program
  • Assist with Incentive Compensation administration
  • Assist with the Commercial Forecasting Process
  • Assist with Field Reporting and Analytics
  • Assist with Territory alignment and zip to terr process
  • Collaborate with IT business partners to gather and define business requirements for applications and integrations
  • Triage application incidents with IT Business Partners, managed services, and IT helpdesk



Basic Qualifications



  • BA/BS required
  • Minimum of 7 years of CRM administration / Sales Operations experience preferably within the Life Sciences sector


Preferred Qualifications



  • Ability to work both individually and collaboratively as part of a team, and able to manage the needs of multiple stakeholders
  • Detail Oriented and ability to reconcile data
  • Ability to translate end user needs into system capabilities
  • High degree of adaptability and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and address insight gaps
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions
  • Experience with gathering and documenting business requirements for applications
  • Experience documenting process, managing projects and implementing improvements
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and presentation skills; Business Intelligence experience preferred (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to bridge business and technical domains skillfully, enabling communications between business and IT colleagues


Compensation:

Targeted Base: 134,757-166,464*

*Base Compensation for this role will depend on a number of factors including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. Base pay is only one component of the company's total rewards package, all regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or the incentive compensation program (if applicable), as well as equity. Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, etc.
